<p align="justify">I currently have the Logitech Z5500 speakers. When I got my Windows 7, I noticed sound only came out from the Subwoofer and the 2 front side speakers. I updated my drivers but it still didn’t solve my problem.</p>
<div align="justify"><span id="more-335"></span></div>
<p align="justify">Apparently you have to tell Windows 7 what type of speaker set up you have. You have to manually set it to a 5.1 or 7.1 speaker set up.</p>
<div align="justify">
<div style="padding-bottom: 0px; padding-left: 0px; width: 550px; padding-right: 0px; display: block; float: none; margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto; padding-top: 0px" id="scid:53357c8b-5919-4e32-8c25-305d27c17a37:69f9e729-e018-4a1a-a675-b13a0d529811" class="wlWriterEditableSmartContent"><embed src="http://www.youtube.com/v/lm-3t3Qg1Xg&amp;rel=0" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" wmode="transparent" width="550" height="452"></embed></div>
</p></div>
<p align="justify">
<p align="justify">After doing those steps you should be getting some sound from all speakers. Don’t expect the quality to be as good as Windows XP because it is not. When playing games I like it loud so I use the 6 Channel Direct Effect for my Logitech Z5500 but on Windows 7, it’s just such a disappointment.</p>

<p align="justify">Ever wondered how to create your own unattended Windows XP CD with all the drivers included? This is especially useful if you reformat a lot of computers. This method saves you a lot of time from keying in the information and searching for the drivers. Unattended means you pop in the CD, choose your partition to install and it won’t bother you anymore until your computer is reformatted.</p>
<div align="justify"><span id="more-178"></span></div>
<p align="justify">Things that you need before you begin:</p>
<p align="justify">1. Windows XP CD.</p>
<p align="justify">2. Blank CDs or DVDs depending on the size of the modified Windows XP.</p>
<p align="justify">3. Relevant hardware&#8217;s to burn CDs or DVDs.</p>
<p align="justify"><strong><u>Step 1</u></strong></p>
<p align="justify">Download DriverPacks BASE Application from <a href="http://driverpacks.net/applications/latest" target="_blank">here</a>. Then install it in a folder of your choice. After installing it, your folder should look something like this:</p>
<div align="justify">
<div style="padding-bottom: 0px; padding-left: 0px; width: 550px; padding-right: 0px; display: block; float: none; margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto; padding-top: 0px" id="scid:8747F07C-CDE8-481f-B0DF-C6CFD074BF67:3294822d-685d-4ab7-b824-7eada8142c9f" class="wlWriterEditableSmartContent"><img border="0" src="http://www.setuix.com/wp-content/uploads/2009/09/driverpacksfolder.png" width="550" height="350" /></div>
</p></div>
<p align="justify">
<p align="justify">
<p align="justify"><strong><u>Step 2</u></strong></p>
<p align="justify">Download the DriverPacks drivers from <a href="http://driverpacks.net/driverpacks/latest" target="_blank">here</a>. Place all the downloaded files in the DriverPacks folder that is highlighted above. You can either choose what DriverPacks you want or you can just download all of them.</p>
<p align="justify"><u><strong>Step 3</strong></u></p>
<p align="justify">While the DriverPacks are downloading, pop in your Windows XP CD and copy all of the CD contents out into a folder on your computer.</p>
<p align="justify"><strong><u>Step 4</u></strong></p>
<p align="justify">After your desired DriverPacks are downloaded, run the DPs_BASE application. Click on the forward arrow until you reach the section below:</p>
<div align="justify">
<div style="padding-bottom: 0px; padding-left: 0px; width: 550px; padding-right: 0px; display: block; float: none; margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto; padding-top: 0px" id="scid:8747F07C-CDE8-481f-B0DF-C6CFD074BF67:c6ac9374-8db4-47bd-9ad3-f6a7febf9a39" class="wlWriterEditableSmartContent"><img border="0" src="http://www.setuix.com/wp-content/uploads/2009/09/browsexplocation.png" width="550" height="350" /></div>
</p></div>
<p align="justify">
<p align="justify">Click on browse and find the folder that you copied the XP files from the CD into. As for installation platform select Disc.</p>
<p align="justify"><u><strong>Step 5</strong></u></p>
<p align="justify">Select the driver packs that you want included in your XP CD.</p>
<p align="justify">
<div align="justify">

</p></div>
<p align="justify">
<p align="justify"><u><strong>Step 9</strong></u></p>
<p align="justify">Select the recommended QuickStream Cache.</p>
<div align="justify">
<div style="padding-bottom: 0px; padding-left: 0px; width: 550px; padding-right: 0px; display: block; float: none; margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto; padding-top: 0px" id="scid:8747F07C-CDE8-481f-B0DF-C6CFD074BF67:e6ef5f41-7d97-4667-abe6-48f4f7de8e2a" class="wlWriterEditableSmartContent"><img border="0" src="http://www.setuix.com/wp-content/uploads/2009/09/enablequickstreamcache.png" width="550" height="450" /></div>
</p></div>
<p align="justify">
<p align="justify"><strong><u>Step 10</u></strong></p>
<p align="justify">Here you can enable&#160; ATI Catalyst Control Center or Nvidia Control Panel or both. Personally I disabled both.</p>
<div align="justify">
<div style="padding-bottom: 0px; padding-left: 0px; width: 550px; padding-right: 0px; display: block; float: none; margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto; padding-top: 0px" id="scid:8747F07C-CDE8-481f-B0DF-C6CFD074BF67:0c8c4be3-9737-466f-8336-ca12d7adc778" class="wlWriterEditableSmartContent"><img border="0" src="http://www.setuix.com/wp-content/uploads/2009/09/enableatiornvidia.png" width="550" height="450" /></div>
</p></div>
<p align="justify">
<p align="justify"><strong><u>Step 11</u></strong></p>
<p align="justify">Check your settings and make sure everything is correct before proceeding.</p>
<div align="justify">
<div style="padding-bottom: 0px; padding-left: 0px; width: 550px; padding-right: 0px; display: block; float: none; margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto; padding-top: 0px" id="scid:8747F07C-CDE8-481f-B0DF-C6CFD074BF67:7b34cb12-3488-4146-9bbf-9cd9c95ef5ee" class="wlWriterEditableSmartContent"><img border="0" src="http://www.setuix.com/wp-content/uploads/2009/09/overviewofsettings.png" width="550" height="450" /></div>
</p></div>
<p align="justify">
<p align="justify"><u><strong>Step 12</strong></u></p>
<p align="justify">Next step DriverPacks will check and see if your DriverPacks are up to date. If some are not up to date, update them.</p>
<div align="justify">
<div style="padding-bottom: 0px; padding-left: 0px; width: 550px; padding-right: 0px; display: block; float: none; margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto; padding-top: 0px" id="scid:8747F07C-CDE8-481f-B0DF-C6CFD074BF67:e5646456-a028-44f4-b8a1-b1a9375b80b2" class="wlWriterEditableSmartContent"><img border="0" src="http://www.setuix.com/wp-content/uploads/2009/09/uptodate.png" width="550" height="450" /></div>
</p></div>
<p align="justify">
<p align="justify"><strong><u>Step 13</u></strong></p>
<p align="justify">Once every DriverPack is updated the slipstreaming process can begin. It took roughly 18 minutes on my computer. So while its slipstreaming make yourself a cup or tea.</p>
<div align="justify">
<div style="padding-bottom: 0px; padding-left: 0px; width: 550px; padding-right: 0px; display: block; float: none; margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto; padding-top: 0px" id="scid:8747F07C-CDE8-481f-B0DF-C6CFD074BF67:e083e829-1a96-4268-aec3-f33177dd1ae9" class="wlWriterEditableSmartContent"><img border="0" src="http://www.setuix.com/wp-content/uploads/2009/09/slipstreamdone.png" width="550" height="450" /></div>
</p></div>
<p align="justify">
<p align="justify">When slipstream is completed. You can check your Windows XP folder. You will notice that there is an additional folder created in the Windows XP folder. If you do not wish to create an Unattended CD, you can skip the steps below and go straight to burning the XP CD. If you wish to create an Unattended version of XP keep on reading.</p>
<p align="justify"><u><strong>Step 14</strong></u></p>
<p align="justify">You will need to download nLite <a href="http://www.nliteos.com/download.html" target="_blank">here</a>. Install nLite to any folder then run the nLite application. Browse for the slipstreamed Windows XP folder.</p>
<div align="justify">
<div style="padding-bottom: 0px; padding-left: 0px; width: 550px; padding-right: 0px; display: block; float: none; margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto; padding-top: 0px" id="scid:8747F07C-CDE8-481f-B0DF-C6CFD074BF67:ed9d1a1b-4938-4d6c-97e1-8b293c7d10e1" class="wlWriterEditableSmartContent"><img border="0" src="http://www.setuix.com/wp-content/uploads/2009/09/nlitebrowse3.png" width="550" height="450" /></div>
</p></div>
<p align="justify">
<p align="justify">Notice that the size of the XP folder is now 964.49MB. It will no longer fit into a CD. So you will need to burn it onto a DVD.</p>
<p align="justify"><strong><u>Step 15</u></strong></p>
<p align="justify">Select the options you wish. From here you can basically choose options to tweak your Windows XP. But we are only going to cover creating a bootable unattended copy of XP.</p>
<div align="justify">
<div style="padding-bottom: 0px; padding-left: 0px; width: 550px; padding-right: 0px; display: block; float: none; margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto; padding-top: 0px" id="scid:8747F07C-CDE8-481f-B0DF-C6CFD074BF67:155453ce-9aad-4daa-ac80-51e7ef87cb04" class="wlWriterEditableSmartContent"><img border="0" src="http://www.setuix.com/wp-content/uploads/2009/09/nliteoptions.png" width="550" height="450" /></div>
</p></div>
<p align="justify">
<p align="justify"><strong><u>Step 16</u></strong></p>
<p align="justify">Edit the options based on how you want your Windows XP to be. Basically the options you set up now are the same options that the installation of XP will be prompting you. If you set everything up correctly the next time you install XP it will be automated.</p>
<p align="justify"><u><strong>Step 17</strong></u></p>
<p align="justify">If you want to burn it on a CD or DVD select Direct Burn and click on Burn. After the CD/DVD has been burnt, you then the owner of a Bootable Unattended Windows XP copy.</p>
<div align="justify">
<div style="padding-bottom: 0px; padding-left: 0px; width: 550px; padding-right: 0px; display: block; float: none; margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto; padding-top: 0px" id="scid:8747F07C-CDE8-481f-B0DF-C6CFD074BF67:8054ecf1-5622-44b3-8f21-43db2e0dc080" class="wlWriterEditableSmartContent"><img border="0" src="http://www.setuix.com/wp-content/uploads/2009/09/nliteburn.png" width="550" height="450" /></div>
